Our second health day as part of the occupational health management was a complete success! After the first health day in the spring around the “back” we focused this time on “healthy food”.
In addition to the measurements offered on blood sugar, cholesterol and body fat, the lecture on healthy and balanced nutrition and on weight reduction in shift work and at workplace of Ernährung & Gesundheit was the highlight of the day.
We would also like to thank the speakers of DAK-Gesundheit who supervised the measuring modules and are already looking forward to our next health day!
