Incoming Quality Control

de_We want to ensure the highest quality – right from the beginning. Therefore our raw materials are being subjected to a comprehensive inspection by laser scattering.

Metallurgical Quality Control

de_During the entire production process key parameters are inspected in order to secure the quality of the final product:

  • Magnetic Saturation
  • Coercivity
  • Vickers Hardness
  • Microstructure

Geometrial Quality Control

de_As part of the geometrical Quality control we measure outer diameter, pitch/lead, coolant duct diameter, bolt circle spacing/diameter and center deviation.
